We currently offer the 4x4 Gold Buggy in both Off Road, (tow with an ATV)and On Road (Tow with a vehicle) models!
All 4x4 Gold Buggy's feature our All Steel Trailer on which is built the Wash Plant. The Wash Plant is CUSTOM BUILT AND DESIGNED, using .080, 5052 Aluminum, commonly used in the aircraft and marine industries as a non-corrosive, light weight, fabrication material.
The Wash Plant is comprised of:
*A Water Reservoir, (Off Road models have a 35 gallon tank, the On Road model has a 75 gallon tank).
*An articulating Feed Hopper with a 1/2" grizzly screen, for easy classification and clean up.
*A Sluice Box with an all aluminum riffle system,(loading up with black sand) No problem! just take a magnet, run it over the riffle tray, pull out the black sands and save for later processing. We also use "Miner's Moss" and Ribbed Rubber Matting, the Full Length of the sluice box,(for all your fine gold recovery)
*A Sluice Box Extension, with a filter screen, works as a de-watering system, separating sand and water from the gravel, before the water is returned to the Water Reservoir.
*A Filtration Box, containing filtration screens and a Sediment Pan, easily separates sand and debries from water, before the water is returned to the reservoir, where it is continously recirculated.
*The 4 stroke, 1-1/2 HP, gas operated HONDA Water Pump, for drawing and dispensing water, is mounted right on the trailer.
*Drain ports with plugs are located on back of the Water Reservoir.
